Breathe
An opening
A releasing
An acceptance
Of what is
An invitation
Into the core
Of my soul
As I breathe
I stretch
I embrace my willingness
To invite the goddess
That lives within
To pour out of me
Like a waterfall
I drop into the center of my being
And like the sun
I rise again
To meet the divine
That connects my very essence
With the stars in the heavens
As they guide each of us
On this journey
We call life.

To Be Still
In the silence
Grace enters my being
With my ears open
I hear the whisper
I hear my heart
Beating, singing
Calling forward
The truth of my magnificence
My joy
Calling forward
The truth of my light
In my truth
I stand
I dance
I SHINE

My Bed
I sleep, I rest,I nourish my soul
As I lay my head on my pillow
My soft blanket surrounds my body
I feel like a queen and I acknowledge
That I am worthy of love
I am worthy of supporting myself
So that I am better able to support others
And so I sleep, dreaming of days to come
Of the magnificence that awaits me.

Human and Divine
I am worthy of giving and receiving love
In ways that go beyond simple basic needs
I am worthy of living a life of financial stability
I am worthy of sleeping in a bed that is stable and supportive
I am worthy of taking up space in body, mind and soul
I am worthy of nourishing my body with good food
I am worthy of sharing my ideas with the world
I am worthy of having a body that weighs more than 100 pounds
I am worthy of owning material possessions that do not fit into my car
I am worthy of supporting myself financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually
I am worthy of shining my light so everyone can see
I am worthy of standing up, in my divine essence
And allowing universal abundance to flow through me
I am worthy of asking for what I want and need for my life
I am worthy of setting intentions that continuously transforming my life
And allow me to move forward with grace and ease
I am worthy of sharing my emotions, openly and freely
Releasing old energy and inviting Spirit to flood my heart with love
I am worthy of living an authentic life
Because I AM

Sunrise
It is morning
I sit quietly
As I go inward
I invite Spirit
To flood my body
With healing light
That spans across the universe
I am aware of the depth
The expansion
The transformation
That has taken place
At the core of my being
In my awareness
I am ever present
To the life changing energy
That flows through me
As I continue to awaken
Even more fully
To the divine essence
That lives in me.

Four Legged Angel
A little dog
Is curled up
In my lap
Loving me
Unconditionally
I stroke his fur
His little ears perk up
And then he continues to sleep
To dream
He continues to change my life
The way I see myself
For I am this being
Curled up, taking a nap
Letting go
Knowing that I am safe
Resting in the arms of my God

Taking Flight
I am soaring, I have taken flight
As I glide, I easily and gracefully spread my wings
As I do I take notice, Becoming even more aware
Of how I view myself
As I move, I take an active role
In this our transforming world
A world where I have a choice
I get to choose how I am going to view the world
As I soar, I am being raised, wings expanded
Lifted by the breath of Spirit, The wind captures me
And takes me to a higher place, where I can breathe
I turn back for a brief moment and glimpse into my past
I feel such loving for her; I want to hold her, to reassure her
I return to find myself sitting in a pool,
A fountain of tears that I have cried
In my releasing I have broken free of the prison
That held me back
From recognizing the truth of my divinity
Afraid to step into the light
That illuminates the darkness
Where I found comfort in the fear
As I continue to stand in the light
I am letting go of the past
That no longer serves me
Washing away the pain
I allow the light of unconditional love
To penetrate every cell of my being
As I do, I soar into the unknown, a new beginning
A continued awakening of my soul.

Spiritual Quest
I sit in silence
In stillness I wait
I listen to the sounds
That surrounds me
As the breath of Spirit
Meets my own
I am in touch with the expansion
That is taking place within me
Allowing me to breathe
Even more fully
Releasing the past
Being present in this moment
Knowing that each breath is blessed
For I am the breath of Spirit
I am the embodiment
Of the light and love of God
In my awareness I see the God
That lives and breathes
Within everyone and everything
On this planet
Where shall I go?
How will you send me?
It does not matter
Because I am home

Awareness
I am aware of my presence in this chair
I am a rock, grounded and surrounded by others
Who are a part of the stream that is my life
Suddenly, the tide changes and I am thrown
Into an ocean of possibilities
Where I am no longer embedded in my way of doing
A place where I am a part of a universal truth
Where I am connected and constantly being moved
By the waves that continue to transform my way of being
And so, as I am aware of my presence in this chair
I am grounded in knowing that every choice I make
Is another opportunity for me to become present to what is.
For I am what is, you are what is, Life is what is, Spirit is what is.

Our Transforming world
As the earth quakes
My soul moves
Becoming one with what is
A dance with the divine
Present in everything, everywhere
An awareness of this moment
Where fault lines meet
Where pressure is released, A little at a time
Bringing about balance in our world
It is a wakeup call
An opportunity to take notice
Of the smallest gifts
That become great blessings
There in lies the comfort
In knowing the truth
That everything and everyone
Evolves, transforms
Everyone is in the process of becoming
We are all constantly shifting, changing
And just as our earth releases old energy
To make room for the new, we are called to do the same
Our planet is teaching us, How to let go
How to embrace the beauty that surrounds us
Take a moment and be still
Acknowledge the shift that has taken place
At the core of your being
Be present to the expansion that occurs
As the divine floods your entire being
With unconditional love
That will transform your world forever.

The Celebration of Love
I am scared
I am procrastinating
I am avoiding my past
Pretending that it never really happened
Protecting myself
Hiding behind my smile
Living inside my bubble
Of safety and security
I watch the world, from inside my own
And I am torn
I want to break free, and embrace another
To know that I am worthy of love
At the core of my soul
Where I am letting go of the old
And embracing the new
As I do, I am in awe
As the light of love, Melts away the past, and heals the hurt
In my healing, I am crossing the line
To create a new world, of light, love and laughter
A world where I am free
To move about with grace and ease
A world where I am able to speak my truth
In confidence
Knowing that no one can take my truth from me
It is in the celebration of my own loving
That I am able to share that same love
With the entire universe.

Bringing forth my beauty
I rise
I stand in my divine essence
Living in the present moment
I am in acceptance
I am living in grace
I am embracing the beloved
That lives within
And so I rise
At the start of this day
To stand in the light
Of my Sacred Self.

Letter to God
God, I feel spent
Letting go of the past
Releasing my hold
I cling to what I can’t see
I feel as though I am falling
Into nothingness
How am I to be
In this void
This deep black hole
It is the presence of light
That has been removed
By me
Out of fear of the known
And so
I now acknowledge that the black hole
Is my heart
As I continue to open myself to your love
I embrace the darkness
I embrace the light
I embrace the true essence
Of the human and the Divine
That is me!

Relationships

Relating to another
Means connecting from my core
I am starting to share my loving
Like I have never done before

Where is it going?
No one really knows
The key to life is to breathe in the moment
And then to let it flow

Are you the one for me?
Have you healed your stuff?
I want someone who is responsible
Who has let go of all the fluff

I want someone who lives each day
In the precious present
Someone who likes to be silly and play
And considers it time well spent.

I want to manifest a loving soul
Who connects with me one on one
I want someone who is an energetic match
And is willing to walk instead of run.

I want someone who is willing
To hold loving space for me
To share a life of joy and love
Where we both can see

See each day as a wonderful gift
Where we open our hearts and say
It is Spirit’s love within our lives
That has really made the shift.

Are you open to adventure?
Are you willing to take a leap?
Are you ready to leave your old life behind?
And accept our life for keeps?

If you think that you are ready
Go ahead and make the call
Don’t you worry about a thing
Spirit will catch you if you fall.

To see and be seen

I am honored to be here
In this moment
Graced by your presence
In your ability to share
Your strength and your vulnerability
You have given me the courage to step forward
Into the essence of my loving
The divine that lives at the core of my being
As I do, I have given myself permission to share
My truth, my honesty, my integrity
I give myself permission to be seen by the world
As I am, in my authentic Self
In the present moment
And so, as I continue to walk my journey
I will take a piece of you with me
Knowing that you have given me the gift of sight
Which allows me to see the beauty that lives and grows within me
And for that
I am truly blessed.

The Eye of the Storm

I am living on the edge
I will never be the same
I am letting go of all the hurt
My love will still remain

The story of my past has ended
This I tell you is true
Staying in the present moment
What is a person to do?

I feel a rise of energy
Passing through my being
My soul knows the truth
Of who I am
My ego is not sure what it is seeing

In the present moment
There is nothing I need to do
I am being held in the arms of Spirit
Wisdom brings me through.

I know that I am safe
I no longer have to hide
I am surrounded by the light of grace
As I release my tears and cry

I lift my head so slowly
I look into your eye
I quiet my inner voices
I relax and then I sigh

I am ready and I am willing
To embrace this new life of mine
I am present in each moment
Knowing that
Everything unfolds in time.

My child
You are one with me
We are united
Connected by all things
As the sun shines
So too, does my love for you
Feel it now
Exploding like the stars in the sky
Let go

I am holding you
Protecting you
Inviting you to be who you truly are

All that is and all that is to come
Rest in knowing that all is well

Partnership
I am in partnership
With the Divine
That comes from Spirit
And lives in me

I am in communion
With all that is
The stars in the heavens
And the fish in the sea

Embracing the Beloved
An eagle I will be
I am welcoming the change
Well, maybe a dove
We will see

Flying into the heavens
Peace is all around
Listening to the silence
There is music that can be found.

Stepping into my most authentic self
I share my love
My voice
bringing forth words
That create life
Precious Gems
Pulsating stars of energy
Exploding throughout my body
Shooting through the tiniest of cells
That bring my body to life
My reason for being
For bringing truth into the world
A truth that opens our eyes
To see the Divine
That is in all
Moves through all
And creates all
In sync with the universe
For we are the stars
The moon and the sun
We are the Beloved
United as one.

Walking in Time
My life is like that of many
Walking in time
Creating my steps
Revealing my path
The essence of my loving
That lingers
For all that come after me
Sharing my beauty
Wisdom and Grace
That opens a portal
Illuminating the Divine
That connects us
Grounds us
Into our Beloved Mother Earth
Who shares her soul
From the core
Of all creation
It is time
Now
In this moment
To step into our own light
To bring forth
And experience a rebirth
Of this planet
We call home
